The KetoSens tests strips do not need any manual medical coding to perform the test. It is designed to be used only on CareSens Dual meters and not on any other meters. It comes well packed in wrapped foil that ensures durability and reliability to use the product. Ketone test strip blood results are accurate.

The strip comes with a pointed tip that helps to extract blood from your finger. The strip needs to be placed so in a vertical position to extract the blood droplets after the insertion of the needle. You would not require more than 0,5ml of blood to perform the test to get the best Ketone test strips results. 

The other end of the strip should be inserted in the CareSens dual meters before the extraction of blood, of it is not done so the meter would automatically turn off within 2 minutes. Use it appropriately and as directed in order to avoid any wastage of the strips. 

Directions to use :

Ketone test strip how to read : Gently insert the end of the strip to the meter. The test strips is enabled in such a way that it does not require any coding to give the results. Once the end of the strip is inserted into the meter, gently pierce the finger with the pointed tip on the strip. You will not need more than 0.5 ml of blood to perform the test and to get the results. Once the blood is extracted on the strip, do not remove it. Gently wait and allow the meter to give the results. 

Note :

If the insertion is not done right on either corner, the meter would automatically turn off after 2 minutes of time.
